Remain aware, update and control operations manager daily, weekly and monthly schedules; Develop and maintain well organized filing system for operations that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information; sending e mails faxes and responsible for all the office work, track client first program; Identifying areas of improvement or lack of compliance work with the client first director to determine right corrective action to address the problem, coordinate and ensure signage on sites is adequate; responsible for the team works in any project and follow up with them, arrange travel, hotel, and car reservations and prepare itinerary; both corporate and personal for the operations manager, assist with organizing meetings; notify project managers of meetings and prepare minutes organize agenda; update and maintain manpower allocation database for current and future projects.
